The Video Games Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the store. They ensure that all customer service standards are met and that inventory and sales goals are achieved. The manager also plans daily tasks and assigns duties to employees as needed. Other responsibilities include maintaining relationships with vendors, resolving customer complaints, managing budgets, hiring new staff members when needed, training and evaluating personnel performance, tracking inventory levels and anticipating needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of retail management principles.
